Animal Flow Basics | Beast & Crab

Hi Samurais! As you know we have different clases in our Virtual Schedule! In this series of TUTORIALS you will learn the basic of Animal Flowis ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. As a Martial Artis I see workouts as movements more than exercises that's why in this class you will experience a combination of different things with the approach of get better in your skillets.   

In this first video I'll teach Beast and Crap position! Enjoy and practice!

Beast position: Start in an elevated crawl positionwith your hands and feet on the ground and knees hovering. 

Crab position: Sit in the floor with knees bend, feet flat, and place palms on the floor behind of you, fingers pointing away from body. Lift your butt 1 or 2 inches off the flor.
