Beast position: Start in an elevated crawl position, with your hands and feet on the ground and knees hovering.
Crab position: Sit in the floor with knees bend, feet flat, and place palms on the floor behind of you, fingers pointing away from body. Lift your butt 1 or 2 inches off the flor.
